We are looking for a Beauty Bar Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for customers who visit our establishment or contact us to learn about our beauty services.
Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with our customers.
Receptionist Skills:
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.

- Follow up calls to new customers to make sure that they were satisfied with their services.

- Managing appointments, bookings, and office supplies.

- Handling sensitive information and maintaining discretion.
Social Media Manager Skills:
- Social Media Platforms:
- Proficiency in popular platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Understanding of the latest trends and best practices on each platform.
- Content Creation:
- Ability to create engaging content (graphics, videos, text) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Photography and video editing skills are often a plus.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Developing and executing social media campaigns aligned with the company’s goals.
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization.
- Branding:
- Understanding of maintaining brand voice and consistency across all social media platforms.
- Familiarity with creating a cohesive digital presence.
- Community Engagement:
- Ability to build and maintain a community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
- Marketing & Advertising:
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns on social media (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Ability to track ROI and adjust campaigns for effectiveness.
- Creative Writing & Copywriting:
- Strong writing skills for crafting posts, captions, and advertisements that resonate with the target audience.
- Crisis Management:
- Ability to handle negative feedback or social media crises diplomatically.
