Position Overview
The Education Content Manager will support the Education team in developing and implementing training strategies for internal sales teams and retail partners. This includes creating dynamic learning materials, optimizing digital education platforms, and collaborating across departments to drive innovation in an evolving retail landscape. The ideal candidate for the Education Content Manager role is passionate about skincare, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Of The Educational Content Manager
- Design engaging and concise training materials to support education initiatives.
- Edit and optimize video content for training and educational purposes.
- Create, review, and enhance digital learning materials for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on training strategies and content.
- Assist in the development and execution of key educational strategies that elevate the customer experience.
- Maintain and update education calendars and agendas in response to changing priorities.
- Plan, attend, and contribute to department meetings, conference calls, and strategy sessions.
- Support the ongoing evolution and expansion of digital learning platforms and tools.
- Partner with the Senior Education Manager to align on strategic training initiatives.
Qualifications Of The Educational Content Manager
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in skincare education, preferably within luxury or Sephora environments.
- Sales experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Video creation and scriptwriting experience is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
