The Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop high-quality content that resonates with our audience in the payments space. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating a variety of content types, including blog posts, social media updates, thought leadership articles, case studies, and more. You should have a solid understanding of the fintech landscape, particularly in payments, and be capable of producing content that communicates complex topics in a clear and engaging manner.
While this is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, you will have the opportunity to work remote primarily.
Responsibilities:

Execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and targets key audiences in the payments industry.

Write, edit, and publish engaging and informative content, including:

Blog posts and articles on industry trends, payment solutions, and fintech innovations.

Social media content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to drive engagement and build brand awareness.

Thought leadership pieces, including white papers, guides, and long-form articles, positioning the company as an authority in the payments space.

Case studies and customer success stories that showcase the value of our solutions.

Email newsletters and website copy as needed.

Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to gather insights and generate content ideas that resonate with our target audience.

Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to our website.

Stay updated on the latest trends, news, and developments in fintech, payments, and digital banking to ensure content is relevant and timely.

Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

Manage content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of content across all channels.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Writer, or similar role, ideally within the fintech, payments, or financial services industry, with a portfolio showcasing written content.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English.

Knowledge of the payments industry, including trends, challenges, and innovations.

Proficiency in creating content across multiple formats and channels, including blogs, social media, white papers, and case studies.

Understanding of SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.

Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, digestible content.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
