Digital Marketing Associate Job Description
Rafferty’s, Inc. is hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to design and oversee digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms to promote and build brand presence of our three concepts: Rafferty’s, Double Dogs, and Montana Grille.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects and maintaining a cohesive and engaging brand presence.
The Digital Marketing Associate is a take-charge professional capable of working efficiently and effectively in a team environment, taking direction from leadership, and taking full ownership of assigned projects through to successful completion.
The candidate must demonstrate positive energy and flexibility, possess sound judgment, anticipate project needs, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to changes.
Responsibilities
● Manage social media profiles and presence for Rafferty’s, Double Dogs, and Montana Grille, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Threads, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
● Develop and curate shareable content tailored to specific networks while maintaining a consistent tone and cohesive messaging across all digital platforms.
● Identify new opportunities to engage audiences and attract supporters through innovative content and emerging social media trends.
● Update and maintain websites with accurate menu items, pricing, hours, and other essential information.
● Ensure the Rafferty’s website is regularly refreshed with the latest events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
● Engage customers through in-store videos and targeted text message campaigns.
● Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and pitches to enhance visibility for Rafferty’s, Double Dogs, and Montana Grille advertising campaigns.
● Coordinate media appearances with local outlets to promote events and the openings of new locations.
● Represent Rafferty’s, Double Dogs, or Montana Grille at public-facing events and media engagements as needed.
● Cultivate and assess brand partnerships and collaborations that align with the missions and goals of Rafferty’s, Double Dogs, and Montana Grille—for example, partnering with local animal shelters in Double Dogs markets.
● Design and execute creative marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote special menu items or events.
● Create visually appealing point-of-purchase materials, such as table cards, to highlight menu specials, events, or brand initiatives.
● Leverage seasonal and promotional campaigns across social media, text messages, website integrations, and traditional marketing channels.
Requirements
● BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
● Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
● Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
● Clear copywriting and editing skills.
● Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
● Experience designing branded content, including mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly assets.
● Proficiency with digital marketing tools and tactics.
● Proficiency in photography, videography, and post-production editing, including both video and photo editing.
● Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
● Knowledge of Wordpress.
● Bonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript is a plus.
● Strong understanding of how to craft and communicate a compelling brand narrative across platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
