POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team by creating and managing engaging content, building relationships with our online community, and executing campaigns to generate leads and drive brand awareness. This role is crucial to developing and maintaining a strong online presence, creating compelling multimedia content, and fostering an engaged community of prospective buyers and landowners.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. They should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, basic graphic design skills, and a passion for storytelling. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Content Creation: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Video Production: Produce and edit video content, including property tours, testimonials, and interviews, ensuring a professional and polished presentation.
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics, analyze content performance, and provide insights and reports to the Marketing Manager to guide strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align content initiatives with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on industry trends, social media updates, and content best practices to enhance strategy and execution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, content creation, or social media role (internships or volunteer work count!).
- 1-3 years of experience with video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Canva).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position typically requires sitting for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Occasional travel may be necessary for on-site content creation or team meetings.
