The Opportunity
As a Principal Product Marketing Manager for the Analytics team, you will work with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, finance, business development, global marketing and corporate communications to drive product marketing activities necessary for growing market share for Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics in APAC. The environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and highly collaborative.
You will lead efforts to drive new Adobe Analytics logo growth and help enterprises understand, measure and optimise journey experiences for their customers who interact across digital and offline channels. You will actively participate in the strategic development and execution of analytics product go-to-market, as well as marketing programs to enable effective selling, align product positioning with industry trends and product advancements, and increase brand and product awareness through thought leadership activities. You seek opportunities to be strategic, produce results, and receive recognition for outstanding work.
What you'll Do
- Develop, lead & implement Adobe Analytics go-to-market strategies in APAC
- Critically evaluate new growth opportunities for the Adobe Analytics business in APAC.
- Play a significant part in regionalising messaging, offerings, product collateral, and assets to communicate the value of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Lead regional product & major feature launches & field acceptance for APAC.
- Work closely with Adobe’s Global Marketing organisation to develop strategic programs that drive demand and pipeline.
- Collaborate with PR, AR, corporate marketing, and events teams on product launches and partner integration activities to drive regional awareness and demand.
- Broaden Adobe’s position as an industry leader with vision through the creation of white papers, blog posts, and articles.
- Work with business development and product management to influence product developments and integrations based on changing market dynamics and emerging opportunities.
- Present Adobe Analytics use cases and value propositions at industry events, conferences, and analyst and media briefings
- Serve as market-facing subject matter authority for the product and engage with key customers as company representative
What you need to succeed
- BS/BA (MBA preferred) with 15+ years of overall experience having 8+ years of relevant B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience, ideally supporting a Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics or Business Intelligence set of solutions
- Experience Co-/Owning a sales target, and implementing tactics at all sales stages to drive pipeline & achieve new bookings targets
- Data driven, with a strong test and learn demeanor and ability to think out of the box
- Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to stay current on the changing market
- Proficient in market research and how to apply research and data to inform marketing strategies
- Shown success in dynamic and highly matrixed environments
- Strong experience leading cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives
- Strong ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations
- Outstanding analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent program management skills
- Highly collaborative work style
- Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams
- Ability to travel regularly in APAC and occasionally to the US (United States)
- Multiple APAC languages an advantage
