Overview
Teak Tuning, a leading creator of premium fingerboarding gear for a global community of creators, collectors, and enthusiasts, is looking for an innovative and passionate Brand Manager to join our team. In this role, you will craft and execute brand strategies that connect with our audience and fuel business growth. Combining creativity, analytical insight, and strategic vision, you’ll shape our brand’s presence across diverse platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure every initiative aligns with our company’s objectives. Responsibilities
- Drive our e-commerce strategy across Amazon and Shopify, optimizing listings that connect our products with the right people
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and engages the audience.
- Collaborate with leadership on product R&D, bringing fresh market insights and community feedback to the table.
- Oversee budgeting for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
- Lead product management initiatives by coordinating product launches and lifecycle management.
- Engage in strategic planning sessions to align branding efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends to leverage new opportunities for brand enhancement. Championing our brand voice and community initiatives, helping the fingerboarding scene thrive
Experience
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in brand management, ecommerce, digital marketing or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Experience with working with platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and current marketing tools.
- Proven background with launch strategies and market positioning.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform marketing strategies, and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on strategic planning & project management capabilities.
- A passion for digital marketing trends and best practices is essential.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and techniques.
- Enthusiasm for learning about and contributing to niche communities
Additional preferred experience:
- Experience expanding brands into retail spaces
- Background in brand licensing and collaborations
- Hands-on experience with product development, 3D printing, or maker communities
- Previous work with hobby/enthusiast markets
