We at VestRight are seeking a passionate and dynamic Online Community Engagement Coordinator to lead the engagement and growth of our VestRight membership platform. This role focuses on building and maintaining a highly engaged community of legacy members, current students, and prospective students. The ideal candidate will foster collaboration, partnerships, and knowledge-sharing among members, helping them grow and succeed in their pursuits.
VestRight is at the forefront of revolutionizing the real estate education sector. Our unique online land development courses are the only ones of their kind, designed specifically by industry experts who have successfully navigated the complexities of land development.
In a crowded market of generic real estate courses, VestRight is crafted by seasoned developers who have not only mastered the art of land acquisition and entitlements but have also turned these practices into highly profitable ventures by unlocking hidden profits in raw land.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Engagement & Community Building
- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for posts and discussions across community platforms (currently FB, but migrating to Skool)
- Launch and oversee engagement campaigns, such as challenges, polls, or member spotlights, to spark conversations and interactions.
- Monitor and respond to member comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and helpful manner, ensuring every voice is heard.
- Attend weekly Pack Power Hour calls
Boost Member Retention and Satisfaction
- Create retention strategies such as exclusive member perks, loyalty programs, or personalized outreach to ensure paid members feel valued.
- Conduct regular surveys to gather insights into what members love and what needs improvement.
- Analyze trends in member activity (e.g., active participation, drop-off points) and develop solutions to address disengagement.
- Collaborate with Ops Team to deliver onboarding experiences that seamlessly integrate new members into the community, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed from the start.
Attract New Members and Drive Growth
- Partner with Ops / Marketing teams to design campaigns (Skool, email, (referral programs) aimed at driving new sign-ups and engagement.
- Collaborate with Ops / Marketing teams to increase visibility and attract new audiences.
- Work with Ops / Marketing teams to help drive traffic to free groups and create conversion funnels for paid memberships.
- Organize promotions, or giveaways that incentivize new members to join and participate actively.
- Assist with annual VestRight event (next event is in 2026)
Manage Community Platforms and Analytics
- Actively manage online communities (currently Facebook, migrating to Skool in Q1 2025)
- Track key performance metrics, such as member growth, retention rates, engagement levels, and satisfaction scores.
- Generate monthly reports on community performance and share actionable insights with leadership to guide decision-making.
- Evaluate and implement new tools or technologies that can enhance the community experience and streamline processes.
Collaborate on Branding and Marketing Initiatives
- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and posts that align with the company’s branding guidelines and resonate with the community.
- Participate in the development of marketing materials, newsletters, and email campaigns that highlight community success stories and drive engagement.
- Collaborate on campaigns to promote upcoming events, product launches, or community milestones.
- Provide feedback on brand strategy and ensure community initiatives reflect the company’s values and mission.
Liaison Between Pack Members & VestRight
- Provide additional support by addressing questions and referrals submitted by pack members
Job Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing and engaging online communities, preferably in an educational or membership-driven setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple communities simultaneously (experience managing multiple communities is a plus).
- Familiarity with the Skool platform or similar community management tools (experience with Skool is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience planning and hosting virtual events.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on community insights.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about fostering meaningful connections.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with online educational platforms or professional development communities (Facebook, Skool, etc.).
- Background in marketing, communication, or a related field.
