We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Social Media Manager to join our team. Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager will wear multiple hats, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and helping drive the digital presence of our restaurants and entertainment venues. We need someone who combines creativity with strategy and has a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple restaurants and spring break event locations.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content (photos, videos, graphics) tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Monitor, manage, and schedule posts across all accounts while ensuring consistent voice and tone.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to capture live content during events, parties, and activations.
- Drive audience engagement, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content strategies.
- Plan, strategize, and oversee social media campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost event attendance.
- Assist with occasional on-ground activations during peak seasons, including spring break and promotional events.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in social media, entertainment, and hospitality marketing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts in hospitality, entertainment, or event industries.
- Strong skills in content creation: photography, videography, basic editing, and copywriting.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.), and social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, wear multiple hats, and pivot quickly to meet shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with data-driven insights to analyze performance and make improvements.
- Availability to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends during events.
