As part of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System Brand and Strategy Team, the content strategist works to develop, produce and execute content that drive brand, volume and engagement for our multi-state healthcare system. Responsibilities include ideation, creation and production of various types of content, including SEO-driven long-form writing, engaging social content, mission-focused internal content, as well as ad concepts and copy for various campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities
Brainstorming, ideating, writing and developing clear and engaging content that extends our health system’s strategic content vision and consumer engagement goals;
Writing various forms of content, with a special focus on social, marketing and ad copy that elevates our brand in new and different ways;
Supporting full Brand and Strategy Team with copy concepting, campaign themes, copy decks and copy editing to support ongoing campaigns and projects;
Understanding and building content for different audience personas, including consumers, employers and clinical focuses that support personalized and engaging content
Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing; partnering with Digital Team to provide ongoing counsel and reporting related to content performance;
Understanding of keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM);

Qualifications
Experience: 3 years in a marketing or advertising agency setting
Education: Bachelor's Degree
