About the Role
This role will focus on B2B content marketing and strategy as part of Uber's Global B2B Marketing organization. In this role, you'll contribute to establishing content strategy for integrated campaigns and ongoing programs across Uber for Business. You'll also help execute content to support both paid and owned channels.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute content strategy for assigned audience-first campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives, demand generation goals, and customer needs
- Shape and refine messaging frameworks, storytelling, and narratives that enhance Uber for Business' brand positioning and ensure consistency across content assets and campaigns
- Develop and produce high-quality content assets (e.g., articles, ebooks, customer stories) that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across the marketing funnel
- Balance hands-on content execution with production oversight, managing freelancers and/or agencies to ensure high-quality, scalable content
- Identify content gaps and opportunities, leveraging insights from internal stakeholders, market trends, and campaign performance to refine content strategy
- Collaborate on a campaign-specific calendar, ensuring alignment to show major content initiatives, product launches, and/or seasonal trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like demand generation, product marketing, sales, legal, and creative to ensure content effectively supports acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts and adheres to style guidelines
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, content strategy, or a related field, with a track record of executing and managing content within marketing campaigns
- Experience developing messaging frameworks and adapting content to different audience segments, industries, or use cases
- Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and provide editorial direction across multiple formats and channels like web, email, and social media
- Proven ability to manage content workflows, balancing self-execution and oversight of freelancers and agencies
- Show an understanding of the sales process/lifecycle to be able to identify where and how content can aid in sales and marketing goals
- Some familiarity with content performance analysis, with the ability to apply insights to improve content strategy (even within data constraints)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in creating sales enablement materials, such as one-pagers, case studies, or pitch decks
- Strong copywriting and copyediting skills, with an eye for detail
- Experience collaborating on organic social media strategy and/or managing design or video production workflows with agency or creative partners
- Experience ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and editorial standards
Project management skills and successful stakeholder coordination
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$130,000 per year - USD$144,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$130,000 per year - USD$144,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
