The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team in promoting our brand across all digital channels. This role is responsible for managing social media, creating content, scheduling posts, and ensuring that content on the company’s websites is up to date.
Essential Job Functions: The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist the marketing department with various digital marketing tasks, including but not limited to:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media, website content, email marketing, and internal communications.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Monitor trends, analyze metrics, and assess content performance to optimize user engagement and experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative growth strategies.
- Provide project support to the marketing manager as needed.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in digital media or marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics, reports, and trends.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- High level of integrity, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
Work Environment / Physical Demands:
- This is a clerical position that requires sitting at a desk, walking, talking, typing, and looking at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when necessary.
