Marketing & Content Manager
One brand whispers, the other screams – can you handle both? Sinful Brands (the parent of Sinful infused beverages and Wrath drinks) is building a marketing team of misfits, and we need a leader who can embrace indulgent seduction and killshot aggression. This full-time Marketing & Content Manager role is a split personality gig: part seduction, part smackdown. If you can craft content that seduces in one post and triggers rage-quits in the next, you might just be the twisted genius for us.
The Role: Two Brands, One Vision (Chaos)
- Master of Duality: Develop and own the content strategy for two distinct brands under one roof. You’ll cultivate Sinful’s playful, sinfully indulgent voice and amp up Wrath’s high-octane, in-your-face persona. Seamlessly switch from devilishly charming to brutally bold as you plan campaigns that sometimes even merge the two worlds.
- Content Alchemy: Create daily content that ranges from tantalizing product teases (think mouth-watering infused mocktail pics and memes that give the munchies) to adrenaline-pumping hype (think gamer memes, energy drink challenges, and trash-talk that even pro streamers would respect). You’re mixing sweet poison and spicy venom, brewing the perfect content cocktail.
- Community Engagement: Grow and rally an online community of rebels. One day you’re in our Instagram DMs flirting with fans over drink flavors, the next you’re on Discord stirring up friendly havoc with gamer clan. You’ll moderate comments, spark conversations, drop Easter eggs, and handle the inevitable chaos (a bit of flame war here, a spicy debate there) with a cool head and a wicked grin.
- Campaigns & Collabs: Work on marketing campaigns that turn heads in both the "gardening" scene and the gaming arena. Launch promos, contests, and collabs that get people talking – iinfluencers, underground athletes, and unforgettable launch parties. Your ideas should be as likely to make our audience say “WTF, that’s awesome” as “I need to share this now.”
- Rebel Metrics: Track and analyze performance data across all content (yes, even anarchy has KPIs). Figure out what’s seducing our audience and what’s punching their adrenaline button. Use those insights to tweak our strategy, ensuring we keep leveling up engagement, followers, and conversions without losing our wild edge.
What We’re Looking For (The Ultimate Sinful/Wrath Mix)
- Experience & Edge: We'd like experience with content creation, social media management, or digital marketing – but we care more about your portfolio and passion than a resume line. Show us you’ve created buzz, whether it was a viral meme, a killer campaign, or a Twitter thread that had people in stitches (or up in arms). You can have all the raw talent in the world, but we’ve learned people need to jump through hoops. A BA or BS will likely jump you to the top of the list — not because we care about credentials, but because we all have deadlines and pressure, and it shows you can handle both.
- Internet Culture Pro: You’re fluent in memes, trends, and cultural references across the spectrum. You know the latest TikTok sound, the hottest new game release, and the meaning of 420, 1337, and maybe even the deep-fried meme aesthetic. Basically, you can make niche internet jokes feel mainstream when needed.
- Chameleonic Voice: Your writing and content style can shape-shift. Romantic and witty for a Sinful post, brutally honest and hype-inducing for a Wrath post. You understand tone and audience, and you nail it every time. Bonus points if you’ve managed dual brands or a brand with multiple product personalities before.
- Bold Creativity: Your ideas live on the fringe. You’re eager to try marketing stunts that others might shy away from. You get the difference between being controversially cool and just plain controversial – and you always aim for the former. (If you’ve ever had an idea that made a boss nervous and excited, we want to hear about it.)
- Self-Starter & Team Player: You can work independently (because you’ll basically own the content game), but you also collaborate like a champ with designers, sales, and any other on the team. You thrive in organized chaos and adapt on the fly when plans inevitably change. Most of all you need to be PROACTIVE and are able to ideate, present, and then execute.
