Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Videographer / Photographer / Editor to join our growing content team. This individual will play a critical role in filming, editing, and producing high-quality social media and YouTube content that blends humor, lifestyle, fitness, and storytelling—similar to creators like find404 and Will Tennyson. You’ll work closely with our content creators to bring engaging concepts to life, from short-form reels to cinematic long-form videos, while also capturing dynamic photo content for multiple digital platforms.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll be involved in everything from filming and editing to brainstorming content ideas and executing shoots around Miami and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Film high-quality YouTube videos, Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content in various settings.
- Take professional-grade lifestyle and promotional photos for social media use.
- Edit videos with attention to storytelling, pacing, effects, and platform-specific formatting.
- Participate in creative meetings to develop new content concepts and strategies.
- Organize and maintain digital assets, footage, and project timelines.
- Handle audio, lighting, and framing during shoots to ensure professional production standards.
- Stay up to date with current trends in social media and video editing styles.
- Be comfortable traveling locally to film at various locations as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong experience in videography, photography, and editing for social media and YouTube.
- Proficient with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Skilled in using professional camera equipment (e.g., Sony, Canon, etc.)
- Ability to color grade, edit to music, and apply sound design to enhance storytelling.
- Understanding of vertical vs. horizontal content formatting for different platforms.
- Creative thinker who can contribute ideas to brainstorms and execute them visually.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car to travel for shoots.
- Experience with social-first content (especially on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts) is a major plus.
Bonus - Be willing to travel around the world.

Pay: $50,157.00 - $52,884.00 per year
