We get behind the scenes of authentic Texas music, food, car culture, and nightlife. We also highlight locally owned businesses, events and much more!
We are seeking a talented and creative Camera Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content for various projects, including promotional materials, events, and other multimedia productions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency with camera equipment, and a strong understanding of video production processes.
Duties
- Operate cameras and related equipment to capture video footage in various settings.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to understand project goals and vision.
- Set up shots, adjust lighting, and ensure optimal audio quality during filming.
- Assist in the editing process by providing input on footage selection and sequencing.
- Maintain and troubleshoot camera equipment to ensure functionality during shoots.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in camera technology.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Final Cut Pro and other video editing software.
- Strong background in video production techniques and post-production processes.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and their application in video projects.
- Familiarity with photography principles to enhance visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
