About Dragonfly Energy
Dragonfly Energy is a leader in lithium-ion battery technology, developing innovative energy storage solutions for a variety of industries, including RV, marine, off-grid, and heavy-duty trucking. We are looking for a skilled Content Creator to join our in-house marketing team to develop compelling content that supports both our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business (B2B) initiatives.
This is an in-person position based in Reno, NV. Remote work is not available for this role. Occasional travel and some occasional weekend work required.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality video, photography, and graphic design content for social media, educational campaigns, and commercial use
- Manage live virtual and in-person events, including the technical setup for webinars and product launches
- Maintain and organize media equipment inventory to ensure readiness for content creation
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business objectives and marketing strategies
- Stay informed on content trends and best practices to improve engagement and effectiveness
- Work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining creative and technical quality
Qualifications:
- Experience in video production, photography, and graphic design
- Proficiency with Canon cameras (C80 for video, R5 for photo) and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Understanding of digital content trends, analytics, and performance-driven content strategies is a plus
