Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through visual media and possess the technical skills necessary to bring concepts to life. As a Video Editor, you will work closely with our content creation team to edit and produce high-quality video content that engages our audience and aligns with our brand vision.
Duties
- Edit raw video footage into polished final products, ensuring a cohesive narrative flow.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to understand project goals and creative direction.
- Utilize software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
- Incorporate audio elements, including voiceovers, sound effects, and background music, into video projects.
- Conduct post-production tasks such as color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects.
- Manage and organize video files using Adobe Bridge and FTP for efficient workflow.
- Perform photo manipulation when necessary to enhance video content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve editing skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles.
- Experience in photography and content creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for graphic design tasks related to video projects.
- Knowledge of post-production processes including color grading and audio editing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for visual storytelling.

Pay: $15.00 - $26.83 per hour
