Copywriter
We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated Copywriter with a strong background in retail and digital content creation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and excels at managing diverse copy needs, from multi-touch email campaigns to quick, impactful banner ads. With experience in generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Jasper, the Copywriter will craft engaging and accurate content across various channels, ensuring consistency in tone, readability, and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling copy for web, CRM, paid social, banner ads, SEO content, omni-retail campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
- Research, create briefs, draft full content pieces, and edit for tone, accuracy, and readability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with agile teams to ensure content meets project objectives and timelines.
- Pivot quickly between tactical execution and conceptual ideation, managing multiple workstreams effectively.
- Present and communicate work to stakeholders regularly, incorporating feedback proactively.
- Contribute to multi-channel campaigns, delivering both quick-hit and longer-form content.
- Stay engaged with the business and patient journey to ensure content relevance and impact.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail and digital content writing across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Jasper.
- Proficiency in Figma is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and a willingness to learn and contribute.
