Role: SEO Specialist
Location: Doylestown, PA
Hybrid/On-site/Remote: Hybrid (On-site requirements 5 times per quarter)
Salary: $60-70k

Responsibilities:
- Manage client SEO programs (strategy, execution, reporting).
- Develop monthly SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Conduct keyword research for visibility improvement.
- Utilize SEO tools (Databox, SEMrush, GA, GSC, etc.).
- Understand client industries and trends for strategy.
- Collaborate with teams to maximize SEO impact.
- Review content for SEO alignment.
- Conduct audits and provide monthly reports.
- Attend client meetings for updates and recommendations.
- Build client rapport through effective communication.
- Mentor junior SEO staff and support copywriters.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and platforms.
- Propose ideas to improve processes and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience in SEO strategy and execution.
- Proficient in keyword research.
- Understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Databox, SEMrush).
- Ability to analyze data and create reports.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Collaborative team player.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2–5 years of marketing experience (agency preferred).
