We’ve been in business for over 5 years, helping businesses grow through compelling video and visual content. As client demand continues to rise, we’re looking for a skilled Video Editor who can do more than just cut footage — someone who understands how content performs across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and can craft edits that actually get watched.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Edit short-form vertical content (10–60 second Reels, TikToks, and promos)
- Edit long-form YouTube videos (10–15 minutes) with a strong focus on clean cuts, story flow, and b-roll integration
- Design custom YouTube thumbnails and assist with simple social media graphics as needed
- Sync music, cut to pace, apply color correction, and prep polished export-ready videos
- Format videos correctly for each platform (Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, IG)
- Use project management tools (like Trello or ClickUp) to stay organized and communicate with the team
- Join occasional in-person meetings (1x/week) in Las Vegas for brainstorming and creative direction
Must-Haves:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (with basic Photoshop or Canva skills for thumbnail design)
- Ability to create fast-paced, engaging, and social-optimized short-form content
- Experience editing full-length YouTube videos with narrative pacing and visual hooks
- A good eye for visual storytelling, composition, and color
- Solid understanding of current video trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong project management skills and experience using software like Trello, ClickUp, or similar to organize edits and deliverables
- Based in Las Vegas or open to occasional in-person meetings
Bonus Skills:
- Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects)
- Experience working with content creators, brands, or in social media marketing
- Familiarity with editing in log formats and maintaining organized project files

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
