World Aesthetix is a fast-growing medical device sales company serving med spas and weight loss clinics with advanced, non-invasive aesthetic technologies. We help businesses scale with devices that deliver real results—and now we’re looking for a social media expert to help us do the same.

We’re looking for a self-starter who can run with creative direction and build engaging, strategic content across multiple platforms. If you know how to speak to med spa clients, aesthetic entrepreneurs, and weight loss clinics—and can turn content into conversions—we want to work with you.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in the med spa or weight loss clinic industries
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, weight loss services, and buyer behavior
- Able to create and manage content for IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube
- Skilled with camera, lighting, and sound setups for in-office or remote shoots
- Confident writing hooks, captions, and calls-to-action that drive engagement
- Organized and reliable with the ability to work independently and hit deadlines
- Comfortable using editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar
Responsibilities:
- Develop content calendars and post schedules for our brand and clinic clients
- Direct or film high-quality video content (treatments, testimonials, device demos, etc.)
- Create engaging graphics, reels, and stories that educate, entertain, and convert
- Monitor performance, trends, and competitor activity in the aesthetic space
- Collaborate with internal team to align content with promotions and product launches
- Adapt tone and strategy across various brands and service offerings

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
