The Role
We're looking for a versatile, results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Westminster-based team. You’ll work in-office with the team most days, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in direct response marketing, has experience building and optimizing funnels in WordPress and ClickFunnels, and integrates AI tools into their daily workflow to move fast and create compelling campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Write and launch direct response campaigns, email sequences, and funnel pages to generate leads and sales
- Build and manage high-converting pages using WordPress and ClickFunnels
- Apply AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or Canva AI to write copy and produce visuals
- Translate product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging for a real estate investor audience
- Support product launches, webinar funnels, and ongoing campaign execution
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest actionable improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, direct response, or product marketing roles
- Solid copywriting skills and a track record of building marketing campaigns that convert
- Proficient using WordPress and ClickFunnels to build and manage funnels and landing pages
- Familiarity with AI content and design tools to streamline content creation and design
- Organized, self-driven, and performance-minded
- Bonus: Experience in real estate, CRM, or investor-focused products
