Overview:
We’re a fast-growing real estate media agency that provides compelling video content to top real estate agents, helping them sell properties + grow their personal brands. From cinematic property tours to branded agent videos to short form social media content, we create visuals that make our clients stand out.

About the Role:
We’re looking for an exceptionally skilled, U.S.-based video editor (not a team) to join us as a per project editor— with the potential to transition into a salaried position as we grow. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging content that aligns with our brand vision. Editor MUST HAVE proven experience editing high-quality real estate videos (must provide real estate-specific portfolio). This is a role for someone who wants to be our go-to video editor for all video content we produce.

What You’ll Be Editing:

Basic property tour videos / reels
High-end, premium cinematic property videos
Branded agent videos (agent on-camera intros)
Eventually: short-form social media content (ex: talking-head educational reels) + all content for our company’s own social media

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that meets the desired specifications and objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines (fast turnaround)
Perform advanced color correction, audio mixing, and final adjustments to ensure high-quality output.
Deliver fast-turnaround edits for basic property tour videos (you receive raw media by 5PM and must turnaround edit for our clients by 10AM next morning)
Collaborate closely with me and my team to learn and apply our signature editing style.
Create engaging videos that align with storytelling and modern social media formats.
Work in both Premiere Pro + Final Cut Pro depending on project needs.
Use motion graphics, VFX, Motionvfx 3D plugins, speed ramps, and more.

Must-Haves:

Based in the United States and available to work evenings (for morning delivery)
Proven advanced-level editing skills in real estate video content (property tours + social media content)
Strong portfolio of real estate (show us your BEST)
Access to licensed stock footage, sound effects, and music libraries
Fast, reliable editing workstation (can handle 4K + graphics-heavy projects)
Detail-oriented, coachable, and willing to work closely with our team to match our brand style

Are hungry, driven, and love crafting visual stories that sell and inspire
Have experience in social media editing (hooks, pacing, text overlays that keep people watching)
Want to grow into a salaried editor role with long-term potential

Compensation:

Project-based to start, competitive rates dependent on experience
Potential to transition to full-time W2 employee as we grow
