Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess a strong understanding of video production processes. This role involves editing raw footage into polished videos that align with our brand's vision and objectives. The Video Editor will collaborate with various departments to create engaging content for multiple platforms.

Duties

Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that meets the director's vision.
Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and timelines.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects, to enhance video quality through effects, transitions, and graphics.
Create 2D and 3D animations to elevate the storytelling aspect of videos.
Conduct photo manipulation and typography integration to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in video production.

Skills

Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe After Effects and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including film editing principles.
Experience in both 2D and 3D animation is highly desirable.
Excellent photo manipulation skills to enhance visual content.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
