We’re a fast-growing marketing agency looking for a creative, reliable, and proactive Marketing & Content Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid position - ideal for a Long Island local, especially in Suffolk County - requiring 1–2 weekday mornings in-person for content shoots and client visits, with the remainder of the work done remotely.
This role blends hands-on content creation with digital marketing strategy and execution. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves health, and has a strong eye for engaging social content, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and shoot engaging content (photos and short-form videos) for Meta ads
- Edit videos, add captions, and format for Meta ads
- Design graphics for social and paid ads using Canva
- Visit clients locally for content creation and relationship building
- Assist with monthly ad content and basic performance reporting
- Support influencer/brand partnerships and affiliate campaign management
- Communicate with clients, partners, and collaborators
Requirements:
- Must be based on or near Long Island, NY
- MUST know how to use Canva very well - graphic design experience necessary.
- Available for 1–2 weekday mornings (around 7am) for in-person shoots; remaining hours flexible/remotely on your own time.
- Must be available for a minimum of 2 weekly Zoom calls
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience with Instagram content creation & marketing
- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Communications preferred)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and responsive with a strong work ethic
