Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive SEO roadmap aligned with company goals and marketing strategies.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve site performance, indexing, and crawlability.
- Oversee content optimization by providing keyword strategies, metadata guidance, and content gap analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, e-commerce, paid media) to ensure SEO alignment across initiatives.
- Define, track, and report on SEO KPIs, including organic traffic, click-through rates, conversion rates, bounce rates, and keyword rankings.
- Manage off-page SEO strategies, including link-building, partnerships, and domain authority improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO tools, recommending new strategies as needed.
- Mentor and develop SEO team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in e-commerce or global retail environments.
- Strong expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs).
- Solid understanding of technical SEO (HTML, CSS, site architecture, page speed, structured data).
- Strong communication skills to translate SEO insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Other related duties to be assigned by direct supervisor
- Frequent in person collaboration
Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 annually
