The Role: Communications Content & Quality Specialist
In this position, you'll collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategic communications that shine a light on our clients' meaningful work. You'll manage digital content across multiple platforms and ensure our work is typo-free while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
What You'll Do
- Implement strategic communications programs utilizing earned, owned, shared and paid media strategies
- Manage digital content across website CMS platforms, email marketing systems, newsletters and social media (with an emphasis on LinkedIn)
- Help craft concise, compelling content that tells our clients’ stories authentically
- Provide art direction and collaborate with designers to create impactful visual assets and ensure accuracy
- Review and proofread a wide variety of internal and external documents with meticulous attention to detail
- Support account managers with diverse client communications needs
- Stay informed of digital trends, best practices and emerging technologies
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of communications, public relations and/or marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related field
- Exceptional editing and proofreading skills, and familiarity with AP Style (we're also fans of Strunk & White's "The Elements of Style")
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms; knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint is a plus
- A detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to understand project context and contribute meaningful insights, with a constant curiosity to learn more about our clients’ work
- Familiarity with basic graphic design principles and Adobe Creative Suite, including newsletter layout and design
