As a Digital Content Planner, you will collaborate with Digital Strategists and creative team members to execute digital campaign activations, managing creative files, detailed asset organization, and data reporting.

Execute content across website, social media, organic and paid online video, digital banners, and retailer assets.

Manage and complete social content calendars, website update request forms, and paid media traffic sheets.

Collaborate with Project Managers to meet deadlines.

Oversee content deliverables from project brief to launch, ensuring specifications and requirements are met.

Provide final creative assets to outside vendors and conduct QA reviews.

Act as a key contact for media agencies to ensure accurate trafficking of digital creative assets.

Collaborate with Digital Strategists and analytics counterparts to gather data and insights.

Assist Digital Strategists in creating campaign kickoff documents.

Maintain strong agility and attention to detail while working cross-functionally with creative and account teams.

Expertise in digital marketing and social media marketing.

Bachelors degree or High School diploma with 4 years of professional experience.

3 years of professional experience including 1 year in digital and/or social marketing.

1 year of experience in digital campaign activations, including website, email, social media, video, and display.
This position is based onsite at our downtown office, with work hours from Monday to Thursday in the office and Friday as work-from-home. Working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm.
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
