Job description
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Manager to take the lead in managing and growing our presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You will be responsible for capturing product images and videos, and posting content online via Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Snapchat. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, sneakers, and the experience to put that passion to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content calendar for social media platforms
- Create high-quality, on-brand content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories, etc.)
- Post about 3-5 times a day
- Write engaging captions, select relevant hashtags, and schedule posts
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, and audience interaction
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance
- Stay on top of social trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and effective
- Occasionally assist with photoshoots or on-location content capture (if applicable)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook)
- Strong photography and video editing skills (mobile or DSLR preferred)
- Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly to trends
- Portfolio or samples of past social media work required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or GED (High School Diploma)
- Portfolio of work with other social media accounts
- Knowledge with fashion trends (sneakers, clothing, etc)
