Sales Enablement Content Specialist
The Sales Enablement Content Specialist will be instrumental in driving sales success by developing and delivering high-impact content that empowers our sales team.
Responsibilities:

Work with the SE Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with overall sales and marketing goals.

Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve effectiveness.

Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content.

Content Creation:

Develop a wide range of sales enablement content, including:

compelling sales presentations, concise product one-pagers, effective email templates, and relevant training materials

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Content Management:

Organize and manage a centralized content repository, making it easily accessible to the sales team.

Proactively update and refresh content to reflect the latest product information.

Analyze content usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content effectiveness.

Sales Training:

Deliver effective training sessions to equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills to utilize content effectively.

Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales team on content usage and best practices.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to guarantee alignment of content strategy and consistency in messaging.

Gather feedback from sales reps to identify content needs and preferences.
Qualifications:

Prefer bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.

In-depth understanding of sales processes and methodologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel as required, up to 50%, to support sales enablement activities.

Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.

Proficiency in using content creation and management tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, is a significant advantage.
