Compensation Range: $50 - 63 per hour
We are seeking a strategic and creative HR Content Writer/Creator to join a dynamic and collaborative team supporting a global organization with over 25,000 employees. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, editing, and optimizing a variety of internal HR communications and resources that support the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how employees engage with HR content by simplifying complex processes into accessible, actionable materials that enhance employee self-service and improve overall experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a wide range of HR content including employee guides, FAQs, training materials, policy communications, and internal knowledge base articles.
- Ensure consistency with brand voice, style guidelines, and compliance standards across all communications.
- Edit and optimize existing materials for clarity, usability, and engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional HR teams and stakeholders to align messaging and ensure content accuracy.
- Support content strategy for major HR initiatives such as benefits enrollment, performance reviews, onboarding, and policy rollouts.
- Promote self-service culture by creating intuitive and helpful resources that empower employees to find answers and take action.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR communications, content writing, or instructional content creation.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and tone.
- Familiarity with HR processes and terminology, including onboarding, benefits, compliance, and performance management.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint); experience with content management or knowledge base platforms is a plus.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex information into user-friendly language.
Skills:
- Background in knowledge management or technical writing within HR or corporate environments.
- Experience leveraging AI tools or design platforms to enhance content creation.
- Familiarity with accessibility and usability best practices.
