Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and advertising techniques to effectively promote our products and services.
In addition to behind-the-scenes management, this role also involves being in front of the camera—leading project tours, conducting client interviews, and acting in branded video content. The right candidate is confident, personable, and comfortable representing the brand on screen.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging and high-quality content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Regularly appear in social media videos, including project walk-throughs, client interviews, promotional clips, and branded content.
- Develop and pitch creative ideas for video content that showcase our services, projects, and brand voice.
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience behavior to inform content planning.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop to produce visually compelling content.
- Monitor all social media channels for engagement opportunities; respond to comments and messages in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align messaging and ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools and features.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
