Robert Half Marketing and Creative has an agency client looking for a skilled for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter for a contract position in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will develop captivating copy for social media platforms and marketing campaigns, with a focus on the beauty industry. Your ability to craft engaging messaging that aligns with brand identity will play a key role in driving audience engagement and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
• Write compelling and brand-aligned copy for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook, including captions, hashtags, and taglines.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure messaging complements visual assets and overall campaign objectives.
• Develop innovative content ideas for beauty-focused campaigns, including product launches, tutorials, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content.
• Brainstorm and execute creative campaign concepts that reflect current beauty trends and align with brand goals.
• Create persuasive storytelling frameworks to highlight the features and benefits of beauty products or services.
• Translate complex product details into approachable, relatable copy that appeals to diverse audiences.
• Conduct research to stay informed about beauty industry trends, competitor activity, and effective social media practices.
• Use data and analytics to refine social media copy and improve performance metrics such as engagement and conversions.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice across all content and marketing materials.
• Minimum of 3 years of copywriting experience, with a portfolio showcasing work in the beauty industry.
• Expertise in creating platform-specific, engaging copy for social media channels.
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills, with proficiency in crafting short-form content.
• In-depth knowledge of beauty industry trends, culture, and consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies, including influencer collaborations and promotional messaging.
• Proficiency in tools such as content management systems, social media analytics platforms, and scheduling tools.
• Understanding of AP Style and experience with blogging, advertisements, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
