Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, Quick learner, Tech Savvy. Experience with Excel
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Has working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e-commerce businesses
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support
- Experience working remotely is a plus
- Have handled customer support needs of US clients
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Has a conducive remote working environment
- Has a stable internet connection, hardware, and power – with backups in case of of outages
Responsibilities
- Set up new products in Shopify (this requires good English-writing skills & SEO knowledge)
- Assist with Shopify store tasks (updating product listings, page content and layout, build new pages and collections, update store navigation, etc)
- Edit and improve existing product listings with SEO research
- Manage our online store carefully and pro-actively with the goal of increasing sales daily
