Job Summary: The Content Creator is responsible for developing high-quality, engaging digital and print content to support Discovery MSO’s marketing, branding, and outreach initiatives. This role plays a critical part in advancing the organization’s mission by ensuring our messaging resonates with referral sources, potential clients, and stakeholders across various platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Write, edit, and publish original content including blog posts, social media updates, brochures, and email campaigns.
● Produce multimedia content such as graphics, short videos, and presentations to support outreach and admissions.
● Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and outreach teams to align content with strategic goals.
● Conduct basic keyword research and SEO optimization for web content.
● Manage content calendars and schedule regular postings across platforms.
● Analyze engagement metrics and adapt content strategies accordingly.
● Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and brand standards across all materials.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
● 1–3 years of experience in a content creation or digital marketing role.
● Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and social media platforms.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Familiarity with behavioral health or healthcare industry preferred but not required. Competencies:

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
