This is a part-time, in-person position in Atlanta, Georgia
Cake for Dinner is an Atlanta-based, women-owned, and operated fashion label featuring styles designed for young women. Influenced by the seasonless styles of the South and the brand’s Atlanta roots, Cake for Dinner features a range of styles as multifaceted as the young women who wear them each day. We are a small but fast-growing company seeking a Coordinator to support the ideation and execution of social content, e-commerce channels, digital advertising, and events. As a new brand, we are seeking an individual with a creative drive and eagerness to work within the fashion industry. Someone who is not afraid to take on challenges and be innovative, with a strong work ethic. A great multitasker with strong organizational skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring brand consistency and effective communication.
Duties
- Help drive the execution of successful marketing campaigns through excellence in content creation and brand storytelling.
- Create content for organic and business social media channels, Meta, Email Marketing, e-commerce web, and advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and making adjustments as needed to improve campaign performance results.
- Create engaging copy for various marketing materials, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
- Manage and create a social media Calendar, execute daily posts, reels, and videos, and respond to direct messages.
- Collaborate with the design team to plan for future and current collateral needs, including linesheets, marketing materials, and printed materials, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- Coordinate, plan, art direct, and oversee photoshoots
- Provide weekly reports on growth and KPI and set monthly goals for future growth.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversions on e-commerce platforms.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to audience inquiries in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain the marketing budget and manage these funds to ensure they are allocated effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency in copywriting with a strong ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Experience working with influencers, or LTK
- Ability to create new ideas, be a forward thinker, and willing to learn with a growing company
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools to track campaign performance effectively.
- Experience in performance marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices for online sales optimization.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing trends and strategies across various platforms.
- Ability to analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Highly creative and inventive with a good eye for detail
- Shopify and ecommerce platforms: Shopify, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Pinterest, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Gmail, Google Workspace
- Experience with marketing automation software to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign management.
