Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Your Mission:
You’re the creative force behind our lens. You’ll plan, shoot, and produce multimedia content that brings our brand to life — from company events and marketing materials to training modules and drone footage. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage production timelines, and ensure all visuals align with our voice, vibe, and values.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Create, shoot, and edit high-quality videos (short- and long-form) for internal and external use

Capture compelling content for social media, events, training, and marketing campaigns

Plan and manage multimedia projects from concept to completion — script, storyboard, timeline, budget, and delivery

Collaborate with Marketing, HR, product managers, and leadership to align visuals with company goals

Edit video, audio, and graphics into polished, brand-consistent deliverables

Photograph key company moments and visuals — edit for multiple uses

Maintain the video and photo library as well as all media equipment

Stay current on media trends, tools, and technology — and bring new ideas to the table

Travel regularly (about 50%) to company locations and events for on-site production

Adapt to varied filming environments, both climatized and unacclimatized

Perform other creative and production duties as needed
Working Conditions:
This job requires desk work as well as working in a variety of conditions to get the necessary footage and photos needed for assigned projects. Please expect to be working in both climatized and unacclimatized environments. This role does require travel (50%) to other WBS locations and events to capture footage as needed.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

3–5 years of professional media production experience

FPV drone experience and drone license required

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, or similar software

Skilled in professional camera operations and video production workflows

Experience with storyboarding, scripting, lighting, sound, and field production

Working knowledge of audio editing, small mixers, and effects processors

Strong sense of visual storytelling, brand voice, and content strategy

Self-starter with excellent organization, follow-through, and creative energy

Great communicator who can work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
