Job Position: Creative Manager – Social Media Content (Construction Industry)
We’re looking for a Creative Manager to join our team and take charge of content strategy and creation for a growing construction brand. If you're passionate about storytelling, trends, and creating content that grabs attention, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content strategies across TikTok, Instagram (Posts + Reels), and Facebook
- Brainstorm and produce content in various tones and styles – funny, educational, satisfying, behind-the-scenes, trending, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with viral trends, audio, formats, and platform algorithm updates
- Oversee content planning calendar and ensure a consistent posting schedule
- Collaborate with the construction team for real-time on-site content
- Drive growth, engagement, and follower interaction through authentic and creative ideas
Requirements:
- Must be highly creative, self-driven, and up to date with social media trends
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels editing styles, captions, and best practices
- Experience with content creation and editing (apps like CapCut, InShot, Premiere, Canva, etc.)
- Passion or interest in construction, real estate, or home improvement content is a big plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to pitch ideas and execute them fast
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience managing multiple accounts or creators
- Ability to film and direct short-form content is a major bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
