Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and editing it into compelling narratives that align with our brand's vision. This role requires a strong understanding of video production techniques, as well as proficiency in industry-standard editing software. The Videographer/Editor will work closely with various departments to produce engaging visual content for marketing, training, and promotional purposes.
Duties
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content and deliver product immediately upon completion of shoot.
- Coordinate with clients and team leads on creative direction.
- Maintain video equipment and manage production logistics.
- Ensure fast turnaround times and maintain brand visual standards (time frame for work delivery set my manager).
- Support podcast, marketing and advertising teams as needed.
- Report weekly accomplishments to the Production Director or designated representative using the LION Method.
- Adapt to evolving AI tools and emerging marketing technologies as required, adopt this tools to maximize production and task completion.
- May be assigned duties outside the direct scope of the role in alignment with company goals, under company needs.
- Adhere to ethical and safety standards in all internal and client interactions; breaches may result in termination.
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content, ensuring seamless transitions and narrative flow.
- Trim footage segments and sequence videos to create compelling and coherent stories.
- Incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance video quality and viewer engagement.
- Ensure high-quality audio by cleaning up and enhancing soundtracks, syncing audio with video, and adding sound effects or background music as needed.
- Balance and adjust sound levels to provide a clear and consistent audio experience.
- Create and integrate visual elements such as titles, graphics, and animations that align with brand style and messaging.
- Create custom graphics and animations to support content and maintain brand consistency.
- Review edited videos to ensure alignment with the project’s creative vision and technical standards, ensuring all content is error-free and ready for publication.
- Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project goals and deadlines.
- Organize and manage digital assets, including raw footage, graphics, and final video files, maintaining a well-organized archive for easy retrieval.
- Optimize video content for various platforms and formats to ensure compatibility and performance.
- Work strategically with production assistants to set and stage ambiance for shoots, ensuring optimal conditions for content creation.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for video content.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video and audio editing.
- Refusal to perform assigned tasks may be grounds for termination
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and improve reach.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products/services.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of each. Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for degree.
- Experience with AI tools for video editing or analytics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production and editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong knowledge of videography techniques, including lighting, composition, and sound recording.
- Familiarity with photography principles is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work is required for consideration.

Pay: $27,040.00 - $31,200.00 per year
