About the Role
We're looking for a contract Social Media Marketing Specialist to support the Beast Labs toyline along with the upcoming animation initiatives here at MrBeast. They will be working directly with the in-house marketing agency along with the creative and production teams, helping with everything from ideation to execution.
Our ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They will be in touch with what's trending, especially in the toys/collector's and consumer product spaces, and understand the balance between creative content and marketing.
What You'll Do
- Work with the head of marketing for Beast Labs to create a six-month campaign for the toy line and animated series, focusing on evergreen beats, vertical video and the highly competitive holiday season.
- Lead the ideation and execution of content on Beast Labs Instagram and TikTok
- Work with an in-house production team to organize props and materials needed for content shoots.
- Assist on other Beast Labs initiatives including traditional marketing, creator partnerships and product sends.
What We're Looking For
- You have at least three years of experience in social media marketing, bonus point if in the toys or collectible's space.
- You are constantly tapped into the culture of social media, you must be chronically online and know who and what is happening on the platform.
- Proficient at photo and video editing.
- Able to execute creative projects in very fast time fast time frames to keep up with relevance and timeliness for posts.
- Heavily organized with excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn and grow with the team
