We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented contract copywriter to support our creative team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career (12 years of experience) who's eager to grow their skills and deliver polished, on-brand work. Prior experience in an agency or in-house brand environment is preferred.
You'll play an essential role in helping us create clear, effective marketing content, often working across multiple projects and deadlines at once. Success in this role requires strong writing fundamentals, excellent organization, and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with AP Style and a sharp eye for grammar and consistency are must-haves.
What You'll Do
Write customer-focused, on-brand copy for a variety of channels including flyers, emails, videos and digital campaigns that showcases products, services and expertise
Research topics and synthesize information into concise, conversion-minded messaging that aligns with strategic goals and brand voice
Produce, post and manage assignments through the Workfront platform, including monitoring feedback and moving content through review and approval workflows
Balance multiple deadlines while staying organized, responsive and detail-oriented
Collaborate with video and design teams to deliver integrated, effective work
Ask thoughtful questions to fully understand project objectives, target audiences, and customer journeys
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 2-3 years of professional copywriting experience, with a portfolio demonstrating writing across multiple formats and audiences
- Ability to write within established brand voice and tone guidelines
- Curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow as a writer
- Detail-oriented with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
- Strong communicator and collaborator; comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas
- Familiarity with AP Style preferred
- Interest in A/B testing, copy optimization or performance-based content
- Enthusiastic about working with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment
- Experience using user research to inform messaging decisions
- Understanding of how copy and design work together to influence audience behavior

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
