Title: Social Content Strategist & Copywriter (Contract)
Location: Stamford, CT 06902 (Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite per week, otherwise remote)
Duration: 3 months (possible extension)
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Social Content Strategist & Copywriter to help shape and enhance the executive LinkedIn presence of senior leadership at a Fortune 250/500 company. This role will focus on creating compelling content that amplifies company culture, employee stories, and corporate responsibility initiatives, driving greater employer brand awareness and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and write impactful LinkedIn content for the CHRO and other executives.
- Craft posts, videos, and comments to highlight employee achievements, diversity initiatives, corporate citizenship, and cultural milestones.
- Collaborate with PR, Internal Communications, Corporate Responsibility, and HR teams to ensure aligned messaging.
- Conduct interviews with employees and internal stakeholders to uncover engaging stories.
- Build multimedia assets (photos, videos) to complement written content.
- Monitor LinkedIn trends and competitor executive content to recommend innovative approaches.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in copywriting with deep expertise in LinkedIn content creation.
- Proven experience in corporate social media and/or employer branding.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership teams.
- Project management skills with the ability to work independently.

Pay: $38.00 per hour
