The Paid Ads & SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive trader acquisition, brand visibility, and lead generation. This person should have a strong background in financial services—ideally with experience in proprietary trading firms, brokers, or FCMs
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and reduce CAC.
- Monitor competitor marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Manage landing page optimization and A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and compliance requirements in financial advertising.
