We’re looking for a versatile, detail-oriented professional to serve as key support to the editor and help keep our award-winning publication running seamlessly across print, digital and social platforms.
In this multifaceted role, you’ll be involved in every stage of the editorial process — from researching and writing content to proofreading and fact-checking the entire magazine. You’ll also lead the ongoing growth of the magazine’s digital side, developing and executing social media strategies, managing our online community, producing email marketing campaigns, creating graphics, updating the website, optimizing for SEO and analyzing performance metrics to keep our content fresh, engaging and competitive.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as essential support to the editor, ensuring smooth production of every issue.
- Research, write and edit editorial content for print and digital.
- Proofread and fact-check all magazine pages for AP Style and the magazine’s style compliance.
- Source products, images, and information from publicists.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow audience engagement and brand visibility across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
- Manage and grow the magazine’s online community, responding to comments, messages and inquiries.
- Plan, design, and manage email marketing campaigns — including monthly newsletters, special announcements and promotional blasts.
- Create visually engaging graphics and layouts for digital and e-marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update website content, guides and listings to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Optimize web content using SEO best practices to improve rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Publish daily posts and stories across social media channels.
- Produce digital newsletters, e-blasts and run online contests.
- Analyze performance metrics for digital campaigns and social media to refine strategies and identify trends.
- Implement emerging digital trends and tools to keep marketing efforts fresh and competitive.
Experience
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or related fields is essential.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus for formatting web content effectively.
- Experience with videography and video editing is advantageous for creating multimedia content.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and the ability to write white papers or case studies is preferred.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and management to enhance brand visibility across platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including marketing automation techniques.
