Job Type: Contract – early September to EOY

Location: Remote

Pay range: $35-40/hr

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Our agency client is looking a copywriter to help support their large telecommunications client. This person will write mostly digital copy, from banner ads to landing pages.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with designers to develop digital assets for the client’s campaigns
Present creative work to clients, incorporate feedback, and revise content accordingly
Prepare and complete detailed legal copy documents for handoff to the client
Ensure all deliverables meet the client’s brand and copy standards
Accurately provide copy, legal disclaimers, CTA links, alt text, and instructions in required templates
Manage multiple projects simultaneously – up to 10 active jobs at a time
Maintain confidentiality and comply with the client’s strict proprietary and data-sharing policies
Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Use assigned tools and platforms (Google Docs, Outlook, Workfront, etc.) to manage workload and deliverables

Requirements

Proven writing experience, ideally with a background in communications or digital content
Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
Comfortable editing and annotating PDFs, and working with Google Docs, Microsoft Teams, Word, and Outlook
Experience creating and editing complex, detail-heavy documents
Ability to edit and interact with copy in Figma
Must be able to maintain confidentiality when working on restricted or proprietary jobs
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
