Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Strad’s (and potentially other online SAAS products) digital marketing strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other performance channels. The role combines creative campaign design with data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a cross-channel digital marketing plan focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop content calendars, creative briefs, and ad copy tailored to financial services compliance standards.
- Take responsibility for the paid media budgets, reporting, and performance metrics (CAC, ROI, CPL).
- Collaborate with leadership on messaging, funnels, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign results, iterate quickly, and scale high-performing channels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management experience.
- Strong track record in SaaS or fintech marketing.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube/Google Ads.
- Strong copywriting and creative direction skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with a bias toward testing and optimization.
- Experience with compliance-sensitive industries (finance, healthcare, legal) a plus.
Location: In-person, Sarasota Florida, or potentially remote (preference for U.S. East Coast)
Compensation: Competitive base + performance incentives

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
