Our goal is to create stunning, scroll-stopping social media content for food, beverage, and lifestyle brands. This is not just a posting-and-scheduling job—it’s a dynamic mix of creative copywriting, social strategy, influencer relationship management, and content execution. You’ll be the one turning ideas into captions, calendars, and campaigns that reflect both brand voice, client requests, and current cultural trends.
Because our clients frequently request major changes at the eleventh hour, we need someone who can juggle fast turnarounds while still delivering polished, error-free work every time. If typos make you cringe, if you can spot a clunky sentence from a mile away, and if you love making words sparkle in ways that fit each brand—this job is for you.
Responsibilities
- Copywriting & Content Creation
- Write, edit, and publish social media captions that are on-brand, engaging, and flawless in grammar and tone.
- Draft blog posts that align with brand strategy, SEO best practices, backlinks, and client goals.
- Conceptualize and script social-first video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
- Social Media Planning & Management
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars across multiple client accounts.
- Pivot and reorganize calendars when clients request changes—sometimes with little notice.
- Stay on top of trending sounds, memes, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Utilize platforms like Sprout Social and Google Docs to create posts in a client-facing, buttoned-up delivery format.
- Communicate with clients via email and on calls to ensure your questions are answered, details about their messaging is clear, and that you have all the information you need to get their posts perfected.
- Influencer Partnerships
- Identify, vet, and manage influencer partners for brand campaigns.
- Handle outreach, contracts, content collection, and performance tracking.
- Content Shoots
- Assist in studio and with on-site shoots (styling, content capture, behind-the-scenes social coverage). Must be comfortable in front of the camera as we tend to be our clients’ models for content.
Skills & Qualifications
- Copywriting excellence—impeccable grammar, clever phrasing, and ability to flex tone/voice across brands.
- Proven social media management experience (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest a plus).
- Strong organizational skills—comfortable managing multiple calendars, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
- Confident in influencer partnership management (outreach, negotiation, coordination).
- Familiar with SEO and blog post best practices.
- Positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to jump into whatever a project needs.
- Marketing or communications background preferred but not required.

Schedule & Location
- Part-time, Monday–Friday
- Hours are flexible, but assume ~25/week
- In-person role based in Bellingham, WA. Potentially open to a remote contractor position if you’re the perfect applicant.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
