Amari Productions is a high-end wedding photo & video studio based in California. Over the past 5 years, we’ve built a following of over 400k across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. With 30 videos of 1M+ plays, and over 100 with 100k+ plays, we know what makes a post go viral. And when we had time to focus on it ourselves, it was one of our most enjoyable creative outlets. But as we’ve gotten busy elsewhere the last few years, we haven’t had the time to lead that charge, and our socials have been on autopilot.
That’s where you come in!
We’re looking for a proven Content Creator to join our team and own the craft of short-form storytelling. You’ll take amazing real wedding footage (captured by our team every weekend), find the moments that move people, and turn them into scroll-stopping content.
This is not a “post some reels and hope” job. This is about knowing what will , and making it happen.
What You’ll Do
- Watch short-form wedding footage and identify emotional, funny, or viral moments
- Edit clips into TikToks, Reels, and Shorts (15–90 seconds)
- Write strong, witty, or heartfelt captions that grab attention
- Follow trends — but also start them
- Post consistently across platforms (or queue content for posting)
- Track performance and double down on what’s working
- Collaborate with the founder and creative team to shape content direction
What You Should Have
- Proven experience creating content that gets attention — you’ve created content that’s gotten at least 100k plays
- Great taste: you know when something is worth posting (and when it’s not)
- Strong short-form editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, and/or Premiere)
- Excellent copywriting instincts for captions, hooks, and tone
- An understanding of how to leverage sound, subtitles, and pacing
- A pulse on trends across TikTok and Instagram
- Bonus if you’ve worked with wedding content, but not required
What’s the Role?
- Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 10–20 hours/week)
- Remote (US-based preferred for content voice/tone)

Compensation
- $30-50/hr (commensurate with experience)
