POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing & Content Strategy Associate will support our award-winning social team and report to the Senior Manager of Marketing & Content Strategy. The role will contribute to research, content planning, and campaign execution across social, digital, and paid initiatives. The associate will assist in identifying cultural trends, brainstorming creative concepts, drafting and capturing content. The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-motivated, and creative, with a passion for storytelling and digital culture. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in building marketing strategies, supporting content creation, and shaping meaningful brand moments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in researching trends, cultural moments, and competitive landscape to inform content strategy.
- Contribute to building content calendars and campaign rollouts across social and digital platforms.
- Draft engaging copy, as needed, for social assets that reflects brand voice and drives engagement.
- Assist in creating storyboards, mood boards and shot lists to guide content production
- Support production of photo/video shoots by helping with creative briefs, on-set needs as well as postproduction needs.
- Edit, repurpose, and adapt content for different platforms.
- Participate in brainstorm session for viral or trend-led content ideas.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative campaigns that align with brand goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members on marketing campaign support.
- Help capture behind the scenes content at events, shoots, and activations for real-time posting.
- Proactively track cultural and seasonal moments that the brand can tap into.
- Work with the team to maintain a library of evergreen content for quick opportunities.
- Identify top performing posts and share learnings for optimization.
- Monitor audience comments and feedback to refine and identify new opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box.
- Experience with community management, customer service and social engagement is a plus!
- 24-7 pulse on all things Gen-Z and is well-versed on the latest trends and platforms.
- Entrepreneurial, “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
- Video and photo editing skills
