At Aloha Pools & Spas, we’re looking for a hands-on creator who can capture, edit, and share stories of our pools, spas, and customers. This role is not about steering the overall creative strategy—that’s set by leadership and our marketing team. Instead, you’ll be the one who brings those ideas to life on camera and across social media.
What You’ll Do
- Film and edit Deep Dive videos (3–5 min) for each pool build.
- Capture short-form clips (15–90s) for milestones, weekly updates, and social.
- Shoot on-site with camera, drone, and GoPro; edit in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar).
- Create thumbnails, captions, and repurpose videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Keep content organized in a media library and track performance on a content calendar.
- Support marketing team with event coverage, graphics, and other creative needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience filming and editing video (portfolio required).
- Strong grasp of social media platforms and what content performs.
- Story-first mindset—you can make even a construction clip engaging.
- Reliable transportation for on-site shoots.
- Team player: takes direction well, works within a set vision, and adds creative touches.
